Gherkin and Salami Rolls

Ingredients
500 gram Jar of gherkins
24 number Slices of salami
Toothpicks
Directions
- Drain jar of gherkins. Place one gherkin in the middle of a slice of salami, wrap and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until all gherkins are used.
- Serve with a cheese platter or on their own.
Notes
- Gherkin and Salami Rolls are not suitable for freezing, though can be kept in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
