Very Vanilla Fudge

Smooth fudge infused with rich vanilla flavor. Sweet, creamy, and simple—a classic confection perfect for gifting or enjoying with coffee.

Ingredients

  • 400 gram White chocolate buds

  • 200 gram Butter

  • 3 cups Icing Sugar

  • 0.33 cup Cream

  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Very Vanilla Fudge
  • When all melted beat with electric beaters for 3 minutes.  Add the vanilla.
  • Pour onto baking paper in slice tin.
  • Sprinkle hundreds and thousands over the top to make it look colourful
  • Refrigerate to set for 3 hours.

Notes

  • Very Vanilla Fudge is not suitable to freeze.

    With your tips, it mentions Nestle condensed milk. Is this in place of the 1/3 cup of cream in the ingredients?
