Fruity Coconut Icies – A Crowd Favourite

Delicious coconut and fruit icy treats perfect for summer refreshment.

These are one of my favorite quick snacks on days when you just want to cool down quickly with something tasty.. I could eat one every day and not be sick of them!

I’m so excited to whip these Fruity Coconut Icies up – especially since it’s so hot these days.

These Fruit Coconut Icies burst with so much flavour. I swear when you eat these it’s like you can taste the tropics.

I make this for my kids and use freshly squeezed lemonade instead of fizzy and the kids enjoy these after an afternoon out. Such a lovely treat.

A tropical frozen treat bursting with fruit and coconut flavors. Refreshing, creamy, and perfect for parties, summer days, or any crowd-pleasing occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 Coconut Milk skim (400 grams)

  • 2 Mangoes-ripe

  • 1 cup Lemonade (fizzy!)

Directions

  • Remove flesh from the mangoes and puree ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour into molds and freeze overnight.
