Ingredients
20 large Strawberries
1 number Christmas Sugar Cookies-cut into circles
1 number Cream Cheese Icing (250 gram)
Directions
- Make the sugar cookies and allow to totally cool.
- Using a piping kit – pipe a small amount of icing into the middle of the sugar cookie.
- Chop the top off a freshly washed strawberry and place top down on top of the icing (this makes the strawberry stick to the biscuit – and stop the cookie getting too mushy!).
- Then with a star nozzle, gently pipe around the strawberry, and again on top!
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Santa Hat Cookies are not suitable to freeze.
- Serve immediately.
