Ingredients

  • 20 large Strawberries

  • 1 number Christmas Sugar Cookies-cut into circles

  • 1 number Cream Cheese Icing (250 gram)

Directions

  • Make the sugar cookies and allow to totally cool.
  • Using a piping kit – pipe a small amount of icing into the middle of the sugar cookie.
  • Chop the top off a freshly washed strawberry and place top down on top of the icing (this makes the strawberry stick to the biscuit – and stop the cookie getting too mushy!).
  • Then with a star nozzle, gently pipe around the strawberry, and again on top!
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • Santa Hat Cookies are not suitable to freeze.
  • Serve immediately.
