How big does the mug have to be? I don’t want to make the mistake in having an explosion in the microwave. My mugs take 300ml max (or 1 & 1/3cups)

Eunice, I used a 600ml mug and it still overflowed…. (upon cooling it sunk back down). It was absolutely delicious especially nice and warm straight from the microwave but only just made it through half the serving -could definitely serve two!

Can you use olive oil instead, not keen on vegetable oil?

    1. Jody Allen Avatar

Maybe butter instead Jac, I think olive oil would be too strong.

Just tried it tonight for the first time. Very delicious but I think next time ill use less sugar, was a little sweet for me. I split it with my husband and we both thought it was too much. Think it could serve 3 or 4
