Ingredients

  • 4 number Crunchie Bars

  • 250 gram Thickened Cream

  • 300 gram Philly cooking cream

  • 200 gram Lattice biscuits

Directions

  • Beat thickened cream until firm, now add cooking cream & beat until just thick again. You don’t want to over beat as the cream will start to separate.
  • Crush 4 crunchie bars and stir through cream mix. Line a square or rectangular baking dish with baking paper or cling wrap.
  • Ensure the edges are overflowing so you can use this to lift out once set.
  • Place lattice biscuits in lined dish and pour cream mix on top. Freeze overnight until set. When set cut & serve immediately.
