Ingredients
4 number Crunchie Bars
250 gram Thickened Cream
300 gram Philly cooking cream
200 gram Lattice biscuits
Directions
- Beat thickened cream until firm, now add cooking cream & beat until just thick again. You don’t want to over beat as the cream will start to separate.
- Crush 4 crunchie bars and stir through cream mix. Line a square or rectangular baking dish with baking paper or cling wrap.
- Ensure the edges are overflowing so you can use this to lift out once set.
- Place lattice biscuits in lined dish and pour cream mix on top. Freeze overnight until set. When set cut & serve immediately.
