Ingredients
1 cup Milk
1 cup Cream
2 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Brown sugar
.75 cup Chocolate chips
Directions
- In a large microwave safe bowl, mix together the milk and cream. At the same time in a large jug, place the chocolate chips.
- Heat the milk/cream on high in the microwave until hot, but not boiling.
- To the milk mixture whisk in the cocoa and sugar until they are completely blended.
- Now pour that milk mixture over the chocolate chips, and stir quickly until the chips are completely melted. Allow this mixture to cool slightly, then pour it into your popsicle moulds.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
Notes
- If you’re using wooden popsicle sticks, you’ll need to insert them when the popsicles are slightly frozen, about 1-2 hours into the process, or they won’t stay up.
