Ingredients

  • 7 Kiwi fruits-peeled and diced

  • 1 Kiwi fruit-peeled and sliced

  • 1.5 cups Pineapple juice-or similar light coloured juice, no added sugar

  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

  • 1 tbsp Honey-or sweetener of choice

Directions

  • In a blender add the peeled and diced kiwi along with the pineapple and lime juice (feel free to tweak to your liking) and the honey. Blend until totally smooth.
  • In your popsicle moulds, slide in one of the sliced kiwi pieces to the bottom of each mould.
  • Pour the rest of the mixture into the moulds, leaving enough space at the top for the sticks to be inserted. Depending on the size of your popsicle moulds, you might end up with less or more.
  • Freeze for about 5 hours, or until completely frozen.
