Ingredients
250 gram Punnet strawberries
400 gram Coconut milk-can
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Natvia sugar replacement-(or 2 tablespoons honey)
Pinch salt
Directions
- Wash the strawberries well and cut off the top.
- Place them in a food processor and process until they aren’t quite liquid.
- Pour the strawberries into a jug.
- Stir in the coconut milk, vanilla extract, Natvia and salt and mix well.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and 50 minutes later. Strawberry delight!
Notes
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, just freeze for 45 minutes, take out of the freezer and use electric beaters for 3 minutes – and return to the freezer overnight.
Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Cream
Want a dairy free, egg free strawberry ice cream? Well you can – and it tastes fantastic. Very refreshing and super easy (especially if you have an ice cream maker on hand!). Not so much creamy as more gelati like!
