Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 2 tsp Unflavoured Gelatin

  • 2 cups Heavy cream

  • .25 cup Brown sugar

  • 450 gram Milk chocolate-finely chopped

  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

  • Prepare six small containers, such as jars, ramekins or small bottles on a baking sheet. Set aside.
  • Pour the milk into a small bowl and sprinkle gelatin over the milk and allow to soften for five minutes.
  • In a medium saucepan, mix the cream and sugar using a whisk. Place over a medium-high heat and bring to the boil, whisking to dissolve the sugar. Add the gelatine mixture, and whisk to combine.
  • Remove from heat and stir through the finely chopped chocolate and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
  • Pour this mixture through a fine sieve into a large measuring cup (glass is best). Divide evenly into your containers, and chill for at least four hours, or until set.
  • Serve cold, topped with anything you’d like.
