Ingredients

  • 6 Pavlova Nests -(you can use store bought or make your own)

  • 160 millilitre Cream

  • 6 tbsp Ice Cream

  • 3 Anzac Biscuits-crumbled

  • 2 tbsp Golden Syrup

Directions

  • Mix ice cream and cream together with a spoon, spoon a heaped tablespoon into each pavlova nest.
  • Sprinkled each pavlova with Anzac biscuit, drizzle with golden syrup and serve.

Notes

  • Anzac Pavlova Nest are not suitable for storing and best served immediately.
