Ingredients
12 Anzac Biscuits
1 tbsp Ice Cream
Directions
- Scoop 1 tablespoon onto the base of one Anzac biscuit, sandwich another cookie on top and place in freezer while preparing the remaining cookies.
- Repeat until all 6 Anzac Ice Cream Sandwiches are made.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Anzac Ice Cream Sandwiches can be stored frozen for up to 1 week though the biscuit will go very soft, still yummy just soft.
- Let us know what flavour ice cream you used in yours, we found our flavour at the local supermarket. You can make your own too!
