Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs

  • 3 tbsp Milk

  • 8 white bread slices

  • 1 cup Nutella or softened cream cheese

  • 1 cup Strawberries-diced

  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp Butter-for greasing the frying pan

Directions

  • Beat eggs and milk together.
  • In a separate bowl mix sugar and cinnamon together and set aside.
  • Remove the crusts from the bread and with a ruling pin, roll each piece as thin as possible.
  • Spread the Nutella or cream cheese on each piece of bread, then place the chopped strawberries or bananas on one short end of the bread and roll up.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Dip the roll ups in the beaten egg mixture, then add four at a time to the frying pan. Make sure all sides are brown, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat with the remaining four roll ups.
