Ingredients
2 Eggs
3 tbsp Milk
8 white bread slices
1 cup Nutella or softened cream cheese
1 cup Strawberries-diced
0.75 cup Granulated sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Butter-for greasing the frying pan
Directions
- Beat eggs and milk together.
- In a separate bowl mix sugar and cinnamon together and set aside.
- Remove the crusts from the bread and with a ruling pin, roll each piece as thin as possible.
- Spread the Nutella or cream cheese on each piece of bread, then place the chopped strawberries or bananas on one short end of the bread and roll up.
- Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dip the roll ups in the beaten egg mixture, then add four at a time to the frying pan. Make sure all sides are brown, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Repeat with the remaining four roll ups.
