  • 500 gram Beef -lean, cut into strips

  • 2 cups Cous cous

  • 2 cups Broccoli-chopped

  • 1 tbsp Goats cheese

  • 1 number Red Onion-finely diced

  • 1 cup Cauliflower-chopped

  • 0.5 cup Cottage cheese-low fat

  • Next add the onion, beef, sliced up beans, cauliflower and broccoli in a large oven tray and add in the tomato sauce, chopped basil and low fat cottage cheese.
  • When everything is cooked and the cottage cheese blended in add the cooked cous cous and season with the salt and pepper.
