Ingredients

  • 250 gram Cream cheese-softened

  • 65 gram Butter

  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

  • 2 tsp Lemon zest

  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence

  • 5 cups Icing sugar

Directions

  • Beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla together.
  • Make sure it is smooth and fluffy.
  • Add icing sugar in 2 additions and beat until creamy.
  • Add more icing sugar or juice as needed to easily spread. Makes about 4 cups.
