Ingredients
250 gram Cream cheese-softened
65 gram Butter
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Lemon zest
1 tsp Vanilla essence
5 cups Icing sugar
Directions
- Beat cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla together.
- Make sure it is smooth and fluffy.
- Add icing sugar in 2 additions and beat until creamy.
- Add more icing sugar or juice as needed to easily spread. Makes about 4 cups.
