Ingredients
300 gram Mini Marshmallow-pink and white
0.25 cup Coconut (shredded)-roasted
400 gram Turkish Delight-chopped
0.25 cup Almonds-toasted
0.25 cup Pistachios-toasted
0.25 cup Cashews-Unsalted or macadamia nuts
450 gram White Chocolate-melted
Directions
- Grease two loaf tins and line the base and sides with baking paper. Lightly spray with canola oil.
- Combine the marshmallows, coconut, Turkish delight and the nuts in a bowl.
- Stir in the white chocolate and press firmly into the two tins.
- Refrigerate until set (best left overnight) and cut into bars.
Notes
- White Christmas Rocky Road is suitable to freeze for up to one month.
- Store in a cool place in an airtight container.
