Ingredients

  • 1 Large eggs

  • 1/2 cups Unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cups Brown sugar

  • 1/2 cups Caster sugar

  • 1 tbsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups Plain flour, sifted

  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 cup Cranberries

  • 1 cup White choc chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees
  • Line the baking tray with baking paper
  • In a mixing bowl add the butter and sugar, using and electric mixer cream together.
  • Next add the vanilla, egg and mix until all combined
  • Sift together flour and baking powder
  • Gradually adding the wet mixture into the dry. Once combined, stir in cranberries and choc chips with a wooden spoon
  • Using a table spoon place a spoonful on the lined tray leaving space around each cookie
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden
  • Allow to cool on a tray before transferring to a wire rack.
