How to Make a Quinoa Pizza Base

Ingredients
4 cups Quinoa flakes
4 cups Water
0.75 cup Cheese (grated)
2 tbsp Mixed herbs
1 cup Flour-Gluten free
1 tsp Baking powder
Directions
- Soak quinoa flakes in water for 1 hour.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir through.
- Heat sandwich press, then line with large sheet of baking paper, place 3/4 cup of quinoa mix onto baking paper then fold paper over so top and bottom are covered, close sandwich press.
- Make sure height setting is not on so sandwich press closes flat. Leave for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
- Top with desired pizza toppings and grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Quinoa Pizza Base is not suitable for freezing or storing and best served immeddiately.
