Ingredients

  • 185 gram Butter

  • 1 large Egg yolk

  • 1 cup Flour Self-Raising

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cups Milk

Directions

  • ift dry ingredients.
  • Cut butter into small pieces and cut into flour with a knife.
  • Mix to a pliable dough with egg yolk and milk.
  • Turn onto a floured board and knead lightly.
  • Roll out thinly, cut to desired shape and bake in hot oven.
