Ingredients
60 gram Butter
1 number Egg-beaten
0.25 cup Caster sugar
0.5 cup Self raising flour
1 tbsp Cocoa
Directions
- Melt butter on high for 30 seconds.
- Add sugar, mix well.
- Add sifter flour & cocoa and egg, mix well.
- Spoon into patty pans.
- Place on edge of microwave tray.
- Cook on high for one minute, then a further 30 seconds.
- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Microwave Cupcakes are suitable to freeze for up to two months.
- For a vanilla version, omit the cocoa.
