This is my Grandma’s shortbread recipe.
See, I come from a large family with lots of Aunties, Uncles and cousins. Grandma used to make us all a batch of every Christmas. They are delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients
250 g Butter, soft and cubed
1/3 cups Caster sugar
2 1/4 cups Plain flour
1/4 cups Rice flour
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160 Degrees
- In a bowl add the butter and sugar cream using electric mixer until light and fluffy
- In another bowl, sift flour and rice flour together
- Lightly knead together until smooth
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out and cut into a desired shape
- Place on greased oven tray and bake for 30 minutes until pale brown
