Ingredients
12 Vol au vent-premade cases
60 gram Goats cheese
1 cup Onion, Caramelised
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Place empty vol au vents cases on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and 3/4 fill each case with caramelised onion. Top with crumbed goat cheese and serve!
Notes
- Goats Cheese & Caramelised Onion Vol Au Vents are not suitable for freezing and best served on the day they are made.
- They are delicious served hot though can be served in cold case after being pre cooked.
