Ingredients
2 cups Caster sugar
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
0.5 cup Walnuts
0.5 cup flour (Potato)
0.5 cup Cocoa
1 cup Oil (Rice Bran)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Line a lamington tin with grease proof paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. Stir well.
- Pour into the lamington pan and bake for 1/2 hour or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin and serve with a big dollop of cream or ice cream.
Notes
- Gluten Free Chocolate Brownies are suitable for freezing. Allow to cool before wrapping in baking paper and sealing in an air tight container for up to two months.
