Ingredients
1.5 cups Black beans-drained and rinsed well
2.5 tbsp Cocoa powder-or less to taste
5 tbsp Quick cooking oats
0.5 cup Honey-or maple syrup
0.25 cup Coconut oil
2 tsp Vanilla extract
0.5 tsp Baking powder
.66 cup Milk choc buds-melted until smooth
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees and prepare a 20cm square pan by greasing it.
- Add all ingredients into a food processor, and process until everything is smooth. This is super important, so make sure you blend the mixture really, really well.
- Pour this mix into a pan and cook for 15-18 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting. If the brownies don’t look cooked, pop them in the fridge and chill overnight for the ultimate delicious brownie!
If you want healthy brownies in your life that don’t necessarily taste healthy, these Flourless Black Bean Brownies are for you!
