0.5 cup Brown Sugar
1 Egg
0.33 cup Oil
2 tbsp Cocoa
0.5 cup Self raising Flour
0.5 cup Flour
0.33 cup Chocolate bits
0.25 cup White Chocolate Bits
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and lightly grease a couple of biscuit trays (or line with baking paper).
- Add sugar, egg and oil to a mixing bowl and mix well together.
- Sift the cocoa and flours into the bowl, then add the choc bits.
- Mix all ingredients together gently then knead the mixture lightly with your hands to make a soft dough.
- Roll approx. 1tsp of dough into a ball and repeat.
- Place the balls onto the baking trays and bake one tray at a time for 12 minutes each.
- Remove from oven and cool on a cooling rack before eating!
Notes
- Chunky Chocolate Cookies dough is suitable to freeze for up two months.
