Choc Dipped Marshmallow Bars would be great for a kids’ party! They are very easy to make and look fabulous.
Choc Dipped Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients
0.25 cup Butter
2 cups Marshmallow-white
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2.5 cups Puffed rice cereal -(most other cereals also work well)
1 cup Chocolate melts
0.5 cup Sprinkles
Directions
- Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add marshmallows and vanilla and stir constantly over a low heat until well combined and melted.
- Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Press mixture very firmly into a lined square pan.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into 12 bars.
- Melt chocolate in a glass bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
- Pour sprinkles onto a plate. Dip half of each bar into chocolate, turn to coat well, briefly drain off excess chocolate then immediately place onto plate of sprinkles.
- Turn to coat with sprinkles, working quickly so the chocolate doesn’t set.
- Place onto a lined baking tray and refrigerate until set.
