A refreshing low-carb smoothie packed with greens, perfect for a healthy morning boost.

Ingredients

  • 100 ml Coconut water

  • 150 ml Water

  • 1 Celery stick

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach leaves

  • 0.25 cup Parsley

  • 100 gram Fresh strawberries

  • 1 tsp Lime juice

  • 1 tsp Ginger root – size of a thumbnail

Directions

  • Wash all ingredients, remove skin for ginger and tops from strawberries. Chop hard ingredients into bitesize chunks.
  • Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve as is, or pour over ice for a refreshing alternative.
