Naturally sweet, no-bake bliss balls made with dried fruits, nuts, and seeds. Packed with energy and nutrients — perfect for a quick snack, lunchbox treat, or post-workout bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Quinoa Flakes or Rolled Oats

  • 1 cup Pitted dates-roughly chopped

  • .5 cup Sultanas, Raisins or Cranberries

  • .5 cup Almonds-chopped

  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter-or Nutella

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder

  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp Water

  • .5 cup Coconut-shredded or dessicated

Directions

  • Place all ingredients except the water into a food processor and blend until it resembles breadcrumbs.
  • Add the water a little at a time and continue to process until just sticky enough to roll into balls.
  • Roll the mixture into firm balls, (wet hands can help here!) coat with desiccated coconut and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
