Ingredients
2 cups Quinoa Flakes or Rolled Oats
1 cup Pitted dates-roughly chopped
.5 cup Sultanas, Raisins or Cranberries
.5 cup Almonds-chopped
2 tbsp Peanut Butter-or Nutella
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp Water
.5 cup Coconut-shredded or dessicated
Directions
- Place all ingredients except the water into a food processor and blend until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add the water a little at a time and continue to process until just sticky enough to roll into balls.
- Roll the mixture into firm balls, (wet hands can help here!) coat with desiccated coconut and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
