Ingredients
3 Bananas-ripe
3 large Eggs
.75 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla extract
.75 cup Peanut butter
Directions
- Add the bananas, eggs, peanut butter, baking powder and vanilla extract into the blender.
- Blend.
- Coat a nonstick muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Pour content into a greased muffin tin — just until 3/4 full.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes until light golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack.
Notes
