12-Year-Old Boy Who Allegedly Raped a Six-Year-Old Girl Faces Court

A�12-year-old boy who allegedly raped a six-year-old girl at�a primary school on Sydney’s Northern Beaches has faced court.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was accompanied by his parents when he appeared in�Hornsby Children’s Court. He did not enter any pleas to the charges he is facing.

He is accused of two counts of aggravated indecency in company and one count of sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 10. This comes after, he reportedly�had sexual intercourse with the girl earlier this year.

Court documents state that the alleged offences occurred between 8am and 4pm, between June 24 and July 1.

The boy’s co-accused, also 12, faced court last month and entered a plea of not guilty.

He was charged with three counts of aggravated indecency in company, two counts of sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 10 and one count of indecent assault.

The incidents were said to have occurred�between June 24 and August 16.

The boy will be excused from attending his next court appearance on November 24 when his matter will be dealt with alongside his co-accused at Hornsby Court.

The two boys were arrested at Chatswood police station in September after a two-week investigation.
