Sex Challenge Day 1: Have Shower Sex Together

Flick the lock on your bedroom door, grab your partner and the soap, and wash each other down, thoroughly…slowly.

Hints for Great Shower Sex:

  • Turn the heat up before you both get into the shower.  It sucks being cold, and the steam will ensure both of you are warm until things heat up!
  • The shower head can have multiple uses – put it to work!
  • Sometimes the shower floor can get slippery – if you have a non-slip bath mat, pop it on the bottom of the shower first to give you both a bit of stability!
  • Keep both feet on the ground to avoid slipping!

Great positions for Shower Sex:

  • Have oral sex in the shower.  Many people are self-conscious about the way they smell or taste, but all that needless worry goes away in a shower, get on your knees!
  • The Shower Floor Cowgirl – One person sits on the floor and the other sits on top of the other facing the same way
  • Standing Doggy – One person bends over at the waist and the other is behind.
  • Leg Lift – The woman puts her leg up with the man’s help and this helps with access for fun shower sex.

Note: Soap is not lube. Sure, lather each other up, but unless you want your genitals to sting – keep the soap away from intimate areas. If you need some additional lubrication (water can wash away all the natural lubrication that our vaginas produce) – then use a silicone-based lubricant (as water-based will just wash away).

Silicone Lube we recommend include:

Indulge Silicone Lubricant | Stay at Home Mum    Pjur Original Silicone Personal Lubricant | Stay at Home Mum    Swiss Navy Silicone Lubricant 118ml    JO Premium Personal Lubricant | Stay at Home Mum

Homework:

30 day Sex Challenge Day 4 will require some soft rope or handcuffs to tie each other up.  Make sure you have some on hand. You can grab bondage rope from Lovehoney.
