Sex Challenge Day 17: Act Out Your fantasy

Let’s say that you picked the role play fantasy of getting picked up in a bar. You can do this at home and replace the bar with dinner.

  • Make out that you are a stranger and you are wanting to take this sexy woman/man to dinner
  • Don’t take no for an answer
  • Sweet talk them
  • Kiss them and shower them with love
  • Once you have their undivided attention take them to a dinner that they will rave about.
  • Make sure that their drink is always topped up and listen to what they have to say.
  • Hint that their boyfriend/husband/girlfriend/wife might be upset if you are seen with them. Joke with them that what they don’t know won’t hurt them (As stated in the above fantasy you are already boyfriend and girlfriend or husband and wife, you are just pretending)
  • You can be a different persona than you are normally. If you would like to wear more sexy clothes then go for it! It is your fantasy so it is up to you.

Support your partner when they want to do something special during their fantasy.

Homework:

Think about where you would like to meditate. Do you have somewhere in the house that is quiet and peaceful? Can you be left alone to do at least 10 minutes of meditation? How about longer?   Find the perfect spot for your meditation sessions tomorrow (Day 18). Also get anything extra you need, like pillows, cushions, candles or anything else that you would like to have to help you and your partner relax.
