Mumhood is tough but just because we have little ones to take care of doesn’t mean we should forget ourselves, either.
Why not let them join you whilst you do your routines — or better yet, avoid the tears and let them be!
Have your exercise buddy along (best choice is your hubby) and do your workout together. Yes, even getting the kids out of the way of your drills is a workout in itself.
Exercise with kids around is totally possible!
