Why we love her:�Well, she’s determined to get what she wants; there’s just no stopping her. But more importantly, we love her for her gorgeous 1960s style.
13. Jenny Gump – Forrest Gump
Why she’s a tart:�Having had a dysfunctional childhood being sexually abused by her dad, Jenny grows up to be quite a promiscuous lady who seduces boys, poses on�Playboy,�and works at a strip bar.
Why we love her:�To be fair, Jenny’s life wasn’t an easy one, leading her to a life of depression and drugs. But we have to give her props for raising her son with Forrest�even when the latter initially didn’t know about it.
14. Pepe Le Pew -�Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies
Why he’s a tart:�Have you ever had a persistent suitor (stalker? I hope not!) who doesn’t understand the meaning of “NO”? Pepe is the epitome of all overly arrogant and overconfident guys in the world with persistent body odour.
Why we love him:�But in several episodes, you can see that Pepe is not really that cocky; when tables are turned and he is the one being pursued, he actually reveals himself to be�afraid�of over-affectionate women!
15. Madonna – in EVERYTHING
Why she’s a tart:�In real life, she kisses literally everyone, from Britney Spears to Drake. In her films, she almost always plays the hot chick who is a little too sultry.

16. Don Draper – Mad Men
Why he’s a tart:�The bastard son of a prostitute, Dick Whitman stole the identity of the real Don Draper, an officer who died during the Korean War. Ever manipulative, he constantly sleeps with other women while married to Betty.
Why we love him:�Like Betty, we can�almost�forgive him for his manipulation and womanising because of his sharp, slick sense of style. And even though he just stole his identity, his brilliance commands the respect of everyone he meets.
17. Kathryn Merteuil – Cruel Intentions
Why she’s a tart:�Born into wealth and the elite, Kathryn is the ultimate mean girl of Manchester Prep who�is self-absorbed and manipulative. She says she’s still a virgin, but she actually uses sex to manipulate men.
Why we love her:�We can’t deny that she’s one heck of a brilliant girl. She also appears charming, which, on second thought, might just be an effect of her psychopathy.
18. Beth – The 40 Year Old Virgin
Why she’s a tart:�Beth is just your regular pretty store clerk – who seems to be�always�horny.
Why we love her:�Well, she is one�seductive�young lady!
