When Alison joined Coca-Cola in March 2014, she became one of only three women to hold the top job in one of Australia’s 50 largest listed companies. At the time, Coca-Cola was suffering declining profits, and Alison’s role was to return the company to growth and to lead the company’s expansion overseas.
