Uptown Funk dance scene mashup with lively characters outdoors.

If this movie mashup set to the tune of Uptown Funk will not get you to start shaking your booty, thenI’m not sure what else will!

There’s no denying it, UpTown Funk! is this year’s official jam but just how awesome is thisfunky upbeat music?

Well, last week, WhatstheMashup? just released a mashup of 100 of the most memorable movie dance scenes to show you that everyone can effortlessly dance to the song’s groove.

It. Was. Impressive.

The almost 5-minute video will take you down memory lane with scenes from Mary Poppins (1960), Grease (1978) Risky Business (1983), Little Miss Sunshine (2006), Magic Mike (2012) and so many more.

Big stars such as Tom Cruise, Eddie Murphy, Robin Williams, Nicolas Cage and even Jean-Claude Van Damme get their groove along but even stars from animated films are joining in on the fun, too. You’ll be amused to see Simba, Timon and Pumbaa, Gru and even the birds from 500 Days of Summer!

WhatstheMashup? basically got everything on point, featuring a number of dance styles from the moonwalk to the disco and even twerking.

This is definitely your new favourite video right now.

And can you guess all 100 movies? (They’ve also listed them all down in their Youtube page.)

That was one great spankin’ video! Did you dance along?
