Sex Challenge Day 22: Use that shiny new sex toy together

Sex toys are fun and sometimes a little bit confronting. Having a partner willing to explore this with you is helpful, supportive and going to be a fun adventure.

Things to remember:

  1. Wash the sex toy before and after use
  2. Sex toys help you get out of a sexual rut and make you have new experiences
  3. Helps you learn something new about your partner
  4. It allows you to explore your fantasies in a safe and supportive environment
  5. Enjoy the new pleasure that sex toys give you – Some sex toys allow you to orgasm but others will be more for foreplay and then lead to having sex with your partner.

TIPS:

Make sure you have ample batteries available. Depending on the toy it might require 2-3 batteries and could be ones that you don’t normally have in the house. Trust me there is nothing worse than having a great time and then the batteries die. Check what types you need and stock up!

Homework:

Tomorrow is Loud Sex Night – Day 23. Have the kids babysat or if you cannot get a babysitter put on a high volume action movie so that they don’t hear the noise that might come from your bedroom. If this is not possible, maybe decide to have sex in a different part of the house. If you need to you might want to invest in some quick ways to soundproof your bedroom.
