No Bake Cheesecake

Delicious no-bake cheesecake topped with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries.

No Bake Cheesecake

No Bake Cheesecake…Another one of my Mum’s awesome recipes! Sweet and easy!  If you aren’t keen on making a biscuit base, just buy a pre-made tart shell from the bakery section of your local supermarket – that’s a quick ‘cheating’ way of making it even faster!
