Ingredients

  • 4 cups Quinoa flakes

  • 4 cups Water

  • 0.75 cup Cheese (grated)

  • 2 tbsp Mixed herbs

  • 1 cup Flour-Gluten free

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

Directions

  • Soak quinoa flakes in water for 1 hour.
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir through.
  • Heat sandwich press, then line with large sheet of baking paper, place 3/4 cup of quinoa mix onto baking paper then fold paper over so top and bottom are covered, close sandwich press.
  • Make sure height setting is not on so sandwich press closes flat. Leave for 3-4 mins until golden brown.
  • Top with desired pizza toppings and grill for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Recipe Hints and Tips:
  • Quinoa Pizza Base is not suitable for freezing or storing and best served immeddiately.
