My teenage daughter was so excited when I told her I had this recipe. She reckons they are better than the Subway version. It’s our new favourite recipe!
I’m looking forward to making these cookies, my so loves subway biscuits. I just have a query about the cup of butter – is it a cup of melted butter, chopped butter …….. Can anyone help me?
just use chopped butter you can use straight from the fridge but if it is soft, the must will cream quicker 🙂
What’s the difference between dark and light brown sugar?
Dark brown sugar has more molasses.
Just to be sure, are you meant to beat the butter & sugar until just well blended (which I assume takes about 30-60 seconds), or untill it’s light and fluffy? 🙂
untill it is light and fluffly 🙂
