My boys are mad on Homemade Hash Browns. Can’t really say I’m a big fan, they are usually greasy and fatty. But home made Hash Browns are much nicer – especially as you can do these in the oven!

Ingredients
3 number Potatoes-washed, grated, and squeezed well to get rid of the juice
3 number Eggs
1 tsp Garlic-crushed
1 tsp Herbs
Directions
- Mix together and cook on a frying pan.
- Place in oven set at 100 degrees C for 10 – 20 minutes.

- Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise
