Homemade Hash Browns

Homemade hash browns on a white plate, crispy and golden brown, perfect for breakfast.

My boys are mad on Homemade Hash Browns.  Can’t really say I’m a big fan, they are usually greasy and fatty.  But home made Hash Browns are much nicer – especially as you can do these in the oven!

Ingredients

  • 3 number Potatoes-washed, grated, and squeezed well to get rid of the juice

  • 3 number Eggs

  • 1 tsp Garlic-crushed

  • 1 tsp Herbs

Directions

  • Mix together and cook on a frying pan.
  • Place in oven set at 100 degrees C for 10 – 20 minutes.

  • Homemade Hash Browns are not suitable for freezing.
  • Serve with tomato sauce or mayonnaise

      Hi Kat – as stated in the recipe – in the oven at 100 degrees for 10-20 mins.
