Ingredients
3 number Chicken breasts
0.5 cup Chicken stock
1 number Cream of chicken soup
1 number Brown Onion -chopped
1 medium Red Capsicum -chopped finely
200 gram Baby Spinach -(optional)
5 tsp Curry powder
0.25 tsp Ginger-ground
Directions
- Cut the chicken breasts up into 1.5cm chunks and place them in the slowcooker.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over the top.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 – 4 hours only.
- Serve on hot noodles or rice.

- Recipe Hints and Tips:
- Slowcooker Curried Chicken is suitable to freeze for up to six months. Allow to cool to room temperature and seal in a Glad Ziplock Bag.
- For an even richer Curried Chicken add a can of coconut cream.
- If your mixture is too runny add 2 tablespoons of cornflour to 3 tablespoons of cold water, mix together then pour into your curried chicken and heat stirring until thickens.
