Changing your focus from what you don’t want to actually what you do want can greatly aid you to recover. Though it might appear difficult, through practice, you will be able to program your mind.

Exercise helps to rid stress. Keeping yourself physically active in most days of the week can help treat the disorder. You can engage in sports, visit the gym, swim or join a local dance group. Anxiety shortens your breath. Exercise that involves deep breaths and increased pulse rate is recommended. You can start slowly and increase your intensity gradually. Relaxation techniques such as yoga, visualisation and deep breathing techniques go a long way in helping to treat the condition.
