Sweet Chilli and Bacon Devilled Eggs

Devilled eggs with sweet chilli and bacon topping for party snacks.

Sweet Chilli and Bacon Devilled Eggs are one of those recipes that hit the spot every single time.

Whether you’re making them for a lunchbox, afternoon snack, party platter, or just something fun to whip up with the kids—this combo is always a winner.

I mean… who doesn’t love bacon?

I’ve always been a sucker for classic curried devilled eggs (I could eat a whole tray, no shame), but I wanted to change things up a bit—so this little creation was born!

The sweetness of the chilli sauce goes so well with the salty crunch of crispy bacon, and if you’re feeling a little bold, add a touch of heat for some extra kick. Totally optional, but highly recommended if you like things a bit spicy.

The best part? They’re super easy, low-mess (no crumbs everywhere!), and made with just a few ingredients you’ve probably already got in the fridge.

They also keep really well in the fridge, so you can prep them ahead for parties or busy weekdays. Perfect for when you’re short on time but still want to impress.

These are such a fun twist on the usual devilled eggs and always get people asking for the recipe. Honestly, they’re the kind of snack you just can’t stop popping in your mouth.

Try them as is, or mix things up with your own spin—maybe some chopped chives, a sprinkle of smoked paprika, or a dash of sriracha. Let us know what combo you come up with—we’d love to hear it!
