Potato Chip Biscuits

Delicious potato chip biscuits with crispy texture and savoury flavour. Perfect for snacks or aftern.

I used to make Potato Chip Biscuits as a teenager. I don’t remember where the recipe is from, but I’ve made them for years. They are really yummy!!!

The potato chips give the biscuits a salty crunch, the condensed milk the sweetness. The chocolate chips are just plain decadent! These Potato Chip Biscuits are truly mesmerising!

They are best paired with your coffee, and nothing else!

This recipe is quick and easy, making this good for ‘sudden’ moments or when you’re in a rush and want to carry a truly yummy snack with you! This isn’t for the health conscious, though.

Ingredients

  • 395 gram Condensed milk

  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter-crunchy

  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut

  • 1 cup Potato Chips-plain, crushed

  • 1/2 cups Chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Combine all the ingredients and mix well – but gently.
  • Place teaspoonful of mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake for 8 – 10 minutes, or until nice and crispy and browned.
  • Serve with a nice cup of coffee – they don’t need anything else!

Notes

  • Potato Chip Biscuits are suitable to freeze for up to one month.

    I’m curious, how do they stay together, and look so fluffy and full if there is no flour? I am about to head to the shops to get the ingredients I am missing so I can try them out 🙂 They look awesome.
