These would be great for the day care/school lunch box – only issue being the peanut butter. Is there another substitute other than adding in more honey that could be used?

I’m trying it with crunchy hazelnut spread instead … can only go two ways, if its a fail will repost later today 🙂

I am also concerned about the peanut butter. What could be substituted for it? Would tahini be any good?

It says that “These bars will keep in the fridge for 3 weeks” and also “These muesli bars will last for one week in the fridge in a sealed airtight container.” Could you please clarify, thanks!
