Easy Veggie Slice

Easy veggie slice | stay at home mum

Easy Veggie Slice is an awesome alternative to standard veggies and mash – I love making it to have with steak or sausages.

You can use any veggies you have on hand – tinned, frozen or fresh. Great to use up your leftover roast veggies too!

Cooked this for dinner tonight, yummo!! Could leftovers be frozen?

They sure can Daisy – just wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for up to two weeks.

Hi, may I know what type of mix herb it is? And is it any kind of vegetable can mix together? Thanks

    1. Nicole Avatar

It’s just any bottle of mixed dried herbs you like from the supermarket, and yes most types of veggies are fine!
