Easy Greens

Green vegetables with feta cheese in a bowl for healthy eating.

We all know how important it is to include greens to our everyday diet!! These greens make something so simple so very very tasty! Adding the goats cheese gives it that extra fanciness too!!

This will only take a couple of minutes to whip up and if your kids love veges they will chow this down! Easy greens are great for taking a little something extra for lunch the next day or too add as a side dish with dinner, either way get your dose of greens with this tasty recipe!

A quick and healthy mix of fresh leafy greens tossed with a light dressing, perfect as a side for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch Broccolini, chopped in half

  • 1 Bunch Asparagus, chopped n 3

  • 1 Cup Snow Peas

  • 50 gram Goats cheese or crumbled feta

  • 1 tsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Heat the fry pan and add the olive oil
  • Place the asparagus, broccolini and snow peas into the fry pan.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste, light fry the vegetables for 3 minutes, toss them constantly.
  • Place the vegetables into a salad bowl with the goats cheese or feta.
