Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken or beef stock

  • 5 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 Garlic-minced

  • 10 cups Mushrooms-thinly sliced

  • 2 tsp Cornflour-dissolved in 1 tablespoon water

  • 2 tsp Nuttlex

Directions

  • Heat large frypan over high heat, add Nuttelex, garlic and mushrooms. Stir until starting to brown, add worcestershire sauce one tablespoon at a time. Allowing each teaspoon to cook and evaporate into mushrooms each time.
  • Add stock and bring to the boil, pour in cornflour and stir very well until sauce starts to thicken. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve over steak or chicken.

Notes

  • Dairy Free Steak Dianne Sauce is suitable for freezing for up to 6 months. Otherwise keep refrigerated for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
